Data Collection and Indicators
The indicators to be tracked are associated with the goals that the 24 TCC Watts Rising projects intend to accomplish.
UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs is contracted by the California Strategic Growth Council to conduct an annual assessment of progress on the Watts Rising Transformative Climate Communities grant. Project progress indicators, along with anecdotal stories on project implementation partners and residents, are compiled into an annual report.

- Watts Rising 2021 Progress Report covers award date (January 2018) through the end of month 15 of implementation (June 2020)
- Watts Rising Baseline and Progress Report on Early Implementation of the Transformative Climate Communities Program Report covers period from the TCC award state date (January 2018) through Month Three of Implementation (June 2019)
