With change coming to Watts through investments such as TCC, Watts Rising aims to protect Watts’ commercial tenants and small businesses from displacement, with particular focus on low-income, minority- and woman-owned businesses that are owned by Watts residents. Small businesses face various challenges to staying in business and we aim to provide assistance to help you start, sustain and grow.

The FBA is is a free six-month virtual program designed to help companies in underserved communities from all over Los Angeles increase their economic, community and environmental impact, as well as maintain their resilience by developing a business strategy to adapt to COVID-19 challenges.
